will affect your overall costs and the building regulations with regard to any empty land

Whilst we have perused the documentation of all the plots that we offer for sale, should you wish to purchase one we will provide you (or your lawyer) with the following:-
A Search from the Land Registry and Local Rates Offices.
A document from the Town Hall that will clearly state the uses (and restrictions if any) of the plot in question along with the minimum plot size required and the maximum building area allowed.
We can also accompany you to a preliminary visit to an architect that will enable you to get an idea of the building costs involved.
All of the above steps to ensure your investment will be taken before you enter into any purchase agreement.
If you decide to purchase the land we have an in house lawyer who can undertake the conveyancing for you, (Link to Purchasing Procedures) or we will send the necessary documentation to your own lawyer.
